Payment Options
DEPOSIT
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for me to begin work on your order. This deposit is considered partial payment of your custom order and will be subtracted from the final Portrait price once the order is complete. In the unfortunate circumstance that you are unable to complete your custom order, this deposit will cover the cost of any materials used and any work already completed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
I accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and Pay Pal. Personal checks are not accepted as a form of payment, I apologize for any inconvenience. Full payment is only due upon completion of your order, once payment is received and verified, your custom portrait will be shipped.
COMPLETED ORDERS
When I’m finished with your order, I will notify you via email and send you a photo of your custom portrait. My portraits are truly custom; if you would like me to make any modifications to your portrait, we can discuss this once you receive the photo of your order. All orders are considered “complete” when you have viewed the photo of your custom portrait and are completely satisfied with the result.
